**The Opportunity**

An exciting position has arisen for an Accounts Team Member to join the team, the role will assist in the timely billing of accounts and support the Financial Controller to deliver a streamlined service within the Finance team.

You will be responsible for assisting in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system, ensuring all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing.

Maintaining a filing system for account receivable records, record and process payments of goods and services and process all invoices and statements.

**Hotel**

Holiday Inn Guildford hotel is situated less than two miles from the centre of Guildford, which can be reached in under 10 minutes by car. Guildford station is around a mile away, and trains reach London in about 30 minutes.
