The role of the Technical Support Manager - Controls & Electrical Heating Products will involve:

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers to provide after sales support
- Dealing with inbound queries and providing technical solutions
- Identifying FAQs and proposing amendments to manuals to prevent further misunderstanding
- Liaise regularly with sales, design, R&D, purchasing and quality departments
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Produce technical presentations and demonstrate how products meet client expectations
- Analysing the market and competitors activity, strategies and market penetration
- Support marketing activities, attend trade shows and conferences
- Predominantly working from home, with occasional meetings and events

The ideal applicant will be an Technical Support Manager - Controls & Electrical Heating Products with:

- Must have good technical understanding of electrical heating products OR marketing experience within the plumbing and heating industry
- Ideally will have installation experience within the industry
- Product Guru
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work autonomously from home-based environment
- Energetic self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks to deadlines
- Trustworthy and professional approach
