**Job Title**:E-Commerce Assistant
**Job Overview**:
SON OF A STAG is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Assistant to support our online retail operations. As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online store, maintaining product listings, and providing support to enhance the overall online shopping experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Product listings**:Create and update product listings on our website, ensuring accurate and detailed information.
- **Order processing**: Process online orders with precision and efficiency, guaranteeing a seamless fulfilment process and the prompt dispatch of products to customers, which involves regular visits to our local London warehouse.
- **Customer support**:Provide responsive and helpful customer support through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience.
- **Content management**:Work closely with the content creation team to upload and showcase engaging visuals and product descriptions.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure a cohesive and integrated online shopping experience.
- **Receiving and inspecting deliveries**:Receive incoming stock deliveries and verify the accuracy of the received items against the accompanying documentation. Inspect the quality and condition of delivered goods, reporting any discrepancies or damages promptly.
- **Inventory management**:Monitor and manage online inventory levels, coordinating with the store manager and headquarters to ensure stock availability and accurate product information.
- **Documentation and record-keeping**:Maintain detailed records of stock deliveries, including quantities received, supplier information, and delivery dates.
- **Quality control**: Implement quality control measures to ensure that delivered products meet the company's standards.
- **Communication**:Liaise with internal teams, to facilitate smooth stock delivery processes. Provide regular updates on delivery status and any potential issues that may impact stock levels or planned product launches.
**Requirements**:
- **E-Commerce experience**:Previous experience in E-Commerce operations, preferably fashion, although not essential. Comfortable working with E-Commerce platforms (Shopify), content management systems, and various online tools.
- **Detail-oriented**:Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and consistent online product information and a seamless customer experience.
- **Communication skills**: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
- **Organisational skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-solving**:Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
**Working Conditions**:
The role may involve physical activities, including lifting and moving boxes.
Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate delivery schedules.
