Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Assistant to support the management of omnes.com and other online platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product listings are accurate and engaging, assist in digital marketing initiatives, and provide excellent customer service. This hands‑on role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Website & Platform Management Manage product uploads and ensure all listings are accurate, visually compelling, and optimised for SEO. Support the maintenance and performance of the website and additional selling platforms. Brief and manage updates to site content, navigation, and landing pages to align with marketing and trading goals. (Experience with Shopify is advantageous.) Digital Marketing Support Brief, build, and send email and SMS campaigns to support trading and marketing calendars. Assist in analysing campaign performance and implementing learnings. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries across various channels in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and escalat[e] where appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction. Administrative & Reporting Support Assist with day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations including stock checks, product launches, and promotional activity. Provide administrative support and generate regular reports to track performance metrics. Cross‑functional Collaboration Work closely with buying, design, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of launches and campaigns. Support in coordinating assets and information to maintain consistency across channels. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in e‑commerce or online retail operations preferred. Familiarity with Shopify and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is advantageous. A collaborative, can‑do attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
