**Why this role is important to us**

The Head of Corporate and B2B PR is a senior leadership role in the regional communications team, reporting to the Corporate Affairs Director. They are responsible for running a thriving and proactive press office across multiple business units, working with executive leaders to build stories in service of the regional Corporate Affairs strategy, and for leading crisis communications across the region. This senior role requires leadership and strategy experience, proactivity and creativity, as well as experience in developing and delivering campaigns to support not only Experian’s commercial goals but also key programmes around social impact, DEI, and ESG.

**Work that matters - What you’ll be doing**
- Running a creative, fast moving and impactful press office function for Experian UK B2B business units and corporate initiatives
- Working with the Head of Consumer PR & Content to develop and launch brand-building campaigns that support Experian’s mission to deliver better financial health for all
- Supporting the regional Corporate Affairs narrative and collaborate with the Corporate Affairs director on its development and evolution
- Directing the Corporate & B2B PR team (c. 3 direct reports) and working in close collaboration with partner functions such as Investor and Government relations

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian**
- 10+ years in communications (in-house or agency, though experience will be needed of working in a complex, matrixed organisation)
- Technology and/or financial services PR experience in a FTSE 100 / global company would be a considerable advantage
- Able to create, lead and deliver multi-channel comms campaigns, working with stakeholders to secure buy-in and agencies/team to deliver
- Experience in crisis & issues management
- Knowledge of best-practice measurement and evaluation tools and techniques
- Strong national media contacts in broadcast and print media
