The Role

As PR Manager, you'll develop and lead a communications strategy that supports global business objectives, builds reputation, and strengthens the company's position in the aviation sector. This is a hands-on, strategic role with significant visibility and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute an annual PR and content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with aviation, business, and trade media to secure impactful coverage.
  • Manage internal and external communications across all channels.
  • Lead reputation and crisis communications, ensuring consistent messaging and risk mitigation.
  • Support executive visibility through speaking opportunities, interviews, and thought leadership.
  • Work closely with digital and social teams to amplify earned media.
  • Monitor industry trends and insights to refine communications strategies.
  • Track and report on media performance, sentiment, and campaign impact.
  • Oversee PR agencies and budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in PR or corporate communications, ideally within B2B or aviation sectors.
  • Strong media network and proven track record of securing high-quality coverage.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with executive communications and crisis response.
  • Confident advising senior leadership and aligning strategy with business goals.
  • Skilled in managing agencies and performance reporting.
