Warrington, United Kingdom Stretton Junior Football Club Full time

We are looking to on board a number of qualified football coaches to help build our junior football club.

The club is currently made up of a schools delivery program, a youth football club with training in evenings and matches at weekends, and a football camp and tours arm. We also have an elite academy coming soon which will require well qualified coaches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective training programs for football players
- Teach and educate players on the rules, strategies, and techniques of the game
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve player skills and team performance
- Improvement and develop game plans
- Provide guidance and support to players both on and off the field
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive team environment
- Communicate with parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in football
- Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of football
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Patience, dedication, and a positive attitude

**Salary**: £6.70-£22.79 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
