We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team here at the award winning Highfield Park Hotel. The hotel is set in 35 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside, providing a delightful backdrop to the many weddings and events we host year-round. We were a National Winner at the 2021 Luxury Wedding Awards, and LuxLife Global Excellence declared us the ‘Best Luxury Country Hotel in Hampshire’ - we love what we do here and we strive to deliver the highest standards for our clients.

As the first person the clients see when they come into the hotel, you will set the tone for their experience at Highfield Park. Your role will see you carry out a wide range of tasks, including and not limited to
- You will work to ensure the smooth running of the Reception desk, delivering first class service to all clients.
- You will anticipate their needs wherever possible and be their point of contact should they require anything at all during the course of their stay.
- You’ll answer all queries quickly and effectively, and as such local knowledge would be beneficial.
- You will ensure all check in and out procedures are followed, from both service and administrative points of view.

**Shifts are as follows: alternate Saturdays 8am-3pm, every Sunday 8am-3pm**

Transport needs to be considered by applicants as the hotel is not served by public transport.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7-14 per week

**Salary**: £8.00-£10.50 per hour
