_We are now looking for an Admissions Coordinator to join our busy team in Oxford_

**Salary**: £28,000 per annum

**About the role**:
Our College team consists of staff from all over the world, in a variety of roles, supporting our students. With people from a whole range of different employment and education backgrounds, our mostly virtual office is certainly a diverse, challenging andexciting place to spend your working day. Language skills are by no means a requirement but a willingness to work with colleagues and customers from across the globe is essential.

**Admissions Coordinator Requirements**:

- Good understanding of Higher Education industry sector
- Experience of working in an admissions education setting
- Proven ability as a team player
- Proven ability to organise own workload and to cope with a variety of task demands
- Flexible attitude to work including occasional willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of student and administrative activities
- Creative thinking processes
- Strong verbal and written English language communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills, interacting with a variety of cultural and ethnic stakeholder groups, including senior staff within the University Partner and our college teams based in the Netherlands
- Computer literacy skills inclusive of demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- File management and administrative skills
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of equal opportunity, equity and workplace health and safety principles
