The Contract Manager is responsible for managing all security personnel and the day-to-day operational issues impacting on the client, providing a central point of contact for service delivery development, performance, measurement, and centralised reportingwhich fully demonstrates the Securitas Values of Helpfulness, Vigilance and Integrity.

To lead Site Security team consisting of Managers, Shift Supervisors and Security Officers, ensuring that the daily Security operational deployment remains effective and Security requirements from the client are duly implemented. Driving conformance to Client'Security Policy and associated standards and developing the site security culture trough training and engaged leadership approach. Effectively manage the relationship with Site leadership as well as other internal and external customer.

40 Hours Per Week

Site Based
- Lead and supervise a team of Shift Security Supervisor and Security Officers. Setting and ensuring appropriate standards of performance, conduct and behaviour, motivating and encouraging them, as well as setting strong moral and ethical standards
- Ensure that Site Security procedures are well documented, disseminated, maintained on a current basis and aligned with latest Client' Security Standard.
- Plan, Propose, deliver, maintain and constantly improve Site Security Systems and various other Security infrastructure in line with Client Security standard as well as Site security Risk assessment.
- Ensure through team the effective monitoring of CCTV system, Intrusion Detection system and appropriate response
- Ensure Monitoring of equipment operational status and ensure all failures are reported and remedied in a timely manner.
- Maintain the integrity of the Site through successful management of controlled entrances for people, vehicles and equipment and especially through effective use of search procedure.
- Manage the day to day security operational deployment; ensuring that the team is deployed appropriately to provide the most effective site security, whilst ensuring the highest standards of customer care and professionalism
- Ensure security failures are reported in accordance with the incident classification table in the Client' Security Standards.
- To manage the on-site security team during incidents to provide full support to the emergency services and on-site incident control. During the incident, ensure that the security of the site is maintained, and that the security team are deployed effectively.
- Develop reports, including statistical and written analyses of threats and incidents for management review.
- Oversees the daily operational running of the Security Officer deployment and ensures security posts are effectively manned.
- Carry out briefings and refresher training with officers as necessary and provide security induction to new employees and contractors where required.
- Ensure Contract delivery standards are maintained in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain direct liaison with client site stakeholders, law enforcement agencies and private consultants, as appropriate.

**Essential Skills**
- 5 years Security Supervisors Experience in corporate/manufacturing environment at Team lead position
- Formal qualification in Security Management/Leadership Level 4/Country
Equivalent
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Previous experience of leading and supervising a team of staff
- SIA Licence
- Competent using Microsoft Office programs
- Can work under pressure, demonstrating initiative and accountability in their work
