Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Contracts Manager position based in Cambridgeshire. The Contracts Manager will oversee and manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, managing project schedules and budgets, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders is also a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management, including managing contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients effectively.
- Ability to analyze and interpret contracts, identify potential risks, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and document control systems is beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities to handle challenges and make strategic decisions during project execution.
- Ability to work in an office or site environment within Cambridgeshire.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
