**Head of Commercial Finance**

**Gloucester with good WFH**

**£80,000 - £90,000**

A highly commercially role in a growing Gloucester business in what is effectively a Finance Director Designate position. The Head of Commercial Finance will provide strategic and financial guidance to the business, partnering with commercial functions anddriving strategy. We are looking for a commercially-focused leader, preferably with experience of operating in a fast-paced, multi-product environment to:

- Develop and deliver the strategic plan
- Influence and execute this through robust financial planning and modelling
- Provide the necessary financial advice and insight to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Develop and control the company's annual operating budget to ensure that commercial objectives are met
- Produce high quality financial planning and analysis in support of the business strategy

**Some of the desirable qualities and skills we are looking for include**:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- A strong commercial instinct, supporting businesses with commercial decisions
- Experience in an e-commerce, retail and/or import business would be advantageous
- Familiarity with margin reporting and pricing considerations in a multi-product setting
- Involvement in ERP implementations and systems improvements
- Experience of company hive-ups
