**About You**:
Due to growth the Property Team is looking for an individual that has a high level of attention to detail, has first-rate written and verbal communication skills, and has the ability to rise to a challenge of new or unexpected circumstances.

**The Role**
- Handling tenant enquiries
- Handling rent collection and financial reporting
- Arranging tenancy renewals and rent reviews
- Arranging inspection of properties regularly to ensure they are well-maintained
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the lettings process
- Manage the lettings process from start to finish, including property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements
- Booking property safety certificates, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords to ensure that the business remains legally compliant
- Advertise available properties through various channels and respond to inquiries promptly
- Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs through maintenance software
- Sourcing quotes and negotiating
