**Sales Development Representative** required for website user experience customisation platform.

**The company**:
A privately owned global MarTech, with a leading website personalisation solution that delivers a tailored experience to website visitors, driving conversion and ROI.

Already established with some fantastic clients, they are keen to continue this growth and so are looking for a skilled Sales Development expert to join the team.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, researching and engaging UK and US based Mid-market and enterprise level business and their Sales/marketing decision makers.

Through intelligent questioning, you will need to understand their business challenges and how the solution can be of benefit to them and the employees. You will then be booking web-based demos for the sales team, some of which you may attend.

**Skills & experience required**:

- Previous experience in sales / sales generation, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales related targets.
- Experience engaging with SMB or Mid-Market organisations, HR decision maker experience would be desirable.
- Hunger and ambition to perform as well as develop yourself.
- An inquisitive mind. Able to ask the right questions to truly understand the customer.

- A salary of up to £35,000 plus OTE.
