A permanent, full-time Finance Manager role supporting the Head of Financial Planning, offering hybrid working and up to £52,900 per annum.

**Description**

The key accountabilities will include but may not be limited to;
- Evolve the business planning reporting, taking ownership of the cash flow forecasting tools and any other sector improvements;
- Carry out financial modelling to; assess the impact of changes to the business, emerging issues and opportunities,support decision making, and assessliquidity and funding requirements. Support the finance team on key projects where necessary. Prepare thefinancial plan to reflect the corporate objectives of the Group and its members. Carry out stress testing of the financial plan in line with regulatory requirements;
- Prepare the Financial Forecast Return for approval. Prepare financial submissions in line with the Regulatory deadlines and present for approval to Senior Finance team;
- Develop the reporting dashboard function, creating a suite of reports for use in accurately reporting and analysing the financial plan outputs; carry out analysis to inform or append to Committee, Board and funder reports, including relevant metrics, liquidityand covenant calculations;
- Support the Group's commercial subsidiaries and joint ventures with financial modelling, monitoring, and reporting of financial plans as required;
- Identify, build and develop an extensive network of external contacts and attend relevant seminars/conferences to keep abreast of best practice and benchmarking to deliver efficiencies, improvements and value for money.

**Profile**

**Part
- Qualified or working towards qualification with a recognised accounting body (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or relevant professional experience.**
- Technically sound accounting knowledge.
- Experience of using Brixx business planning software.
- Experience preparing data for the RSH Financial Forecast Return (FFR).
- IT skills - Microsoft office up to intermediate level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial management teams members.
- Commercially minded and able to probe and challenge effectively.
- Experience of managing and reporting financial performance information.
- Experience of Funder requirements in term of covenant reporting.
- Experience using analytical or dashboarding solutions to drive analysis and aid decision making.
- Experience of reporting writing in software solutions.
- Experience of working in the housing sector.

**Job Offer**
- A permanent, full time role working predominantly remotely, with occasional requirement to attend on-site offices in either Liverpool or Manchester depending on nearest location;
- Up to £52,900 per annum plus great benefits.
