Join our Fitness to Practise team as a Business Support Officer This team investigates and resolves concerns about social workers’ ability to practise safely and effectively. In this role you’ll provide essential support that helps make our work happen.

**About the Role**

As a Business Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our regulatory operations, helping us to ensure social workers practise safely and effectively. You’ll:

- Manage shared mailboxes, systems and workflow tools to provide timely legal instructions.
- Provide administrative support for quality assurance processes, such as our decision review groups. This could include taking minutes, managing invitations and sharing documents.
- Collate and share learning across the team from quality-related sources, contributing to our continuous improvement.
- Draft clear, tailored responses to internal and external enquiries.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and support at meetings.
- Coordinate performance and quality reporting activities.
- Assist with conferences, training events and travel arrangements.
