Purpose:
The Creative Approvals Coordinator will ensure all product designs and samples meet required standards and receive timely approvals from licensors. In this role, you will coordinate product samples, review them for quality, and communicate updates to both internal and external teams to keep everyone aligned on project progress.

Main Responsibilities:

- **Project Coordination**: Submit designs and samples for licensor review, track approvals, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review samples for design and specification accuracy, ensuring they meet licensor guidelines before approval.
- **Communication**: Liaise with licensors, suppliers, and the internal creative team to relay updates, feedback, and requirements clearly and efficiently.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain logs of all projects and samples to ensure easy access to the latest project statuses and notes.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the creative and procurement teams with administrative tasks and project support, including preparing licensor approval paperwork and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Submitting new designs for licensor approval and tracking responses
- Ensuring designs adhere to licensor guidelines and templates
- Collaborating with overseas teams to ensure sample delivery aligns with project timelines
- Coordinating feedback between licensors and the internal team, ensuring updates are shared promptly and accurately
- Tracking project progress, updating systems, and sharing regular status reports
- Providing general administrative support to the creative and procurement teams, including handling samples for in-house Print on Demand (POD) checks
- Previous office experience, ideally in a support or administrative role
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, or PowerPoint is an advantage
- Reliable, flexible, and eager to support creative projects across the company

Pay: From £22,500.00 per year
