Senior Creative Coordinator

Are you a highly creative and proactive individual with an exceptional eye for detail, ready to drive the photographic vision for a major retailer? We're looking for a Senior Creative Co-ordinator to join our amazing in-house team, managing the full end-to-end asset creation process within the model channel. Based at Head Office, offering a starting salary of £35,362.
About the Role:
This fast-paced role is critical in delivering high-quality content aligned with NEXT's photographic vision and creative beliefs. You will provide strong, clear, and aspirational creative guidance and support to the studio team, working with your Creative Lead on image quality, training, planning, and resourcing. A key focus is building and strengthening briefs for clients and your Creative Lead, while pushing model photography and videography forward through strong creative guidance.
You'll collaborate with other seniors to fulfil briefs and confidently present ideas and concepts to senior managers and wider teams. Success requires consistently researching fashion trends (mens, womens, accessories) to stay inspired for every shoot. You will also communicate effectively to evolve imagery aesthetics and liaise with studio, product, and coordination teams to ensure props and sets are organised on time.
As a strong leader, you'll be responsible for implementing new training, conducting performance reviews and 1-to-1s, and developing junior team members. This includes the crucial task of quality control across imagery and creative working practices. We need an adaptable team player who can work effectively individually or collaboratively, constantly showing initiative and innovation by striving to think outside the box.

About You:
- Expert knowledge of commercial and editorial photography studios with a strong eCommerce background
- A strong leader who can manage, inspire, and develop a team , with experience in a large commercial studio environment.
- A passion for fashion with experience in fast-paced model shoots.
- A strong communicator and listener , comfortable presenting ideas and concepts.
- Superior planning, workload management, and organisational capabilities.
- A creative flair and the ability to produce innovative ideas and solutions.
- Must be commercially minded and aware of current and upcoming visual trends.
- Exemplary attention to detail and comfortable in a highly pressured and rapidly changing environment.
