The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for change & transformation communications and supporting LKQ Europe’s Communications team to deliver best-in-class internal communications to over 26,000 colleagues in a creative, innovative, inclusiveand engaging way.

The Internal Communications Manager will be adept at both the strategic and tactical delivery of employee communications and will support colleagues across the European communications function with the creation and execution of communications activitiesand tasks according to the LKQ Europe corporate communications strategy. Mentoring fellow communicators across Europe and delivering creative, innovative, inclusive and engaging communications solutions are a core part of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing, creating and managing communications content for internal colleagues
- Providing business partnering support to functions across LKQ, giving trusted advice and sharing best practice on leadership communication and employee engagement
- Researching and developing both original content and supplying relevant industry related material that is aligned to the Communications strategic vision
- Managing and enhancing content creation and production aligned to the corporate brand, image and reputation
- Being a strong advocate for change and transformation communications content, to ensure engagement and change campaign success
- Driving, monitoring and executing LKQ Europe's communications content plan and strategy, working in close cooperation with Internal and External Communications teams
- Adapting content to specific audiences, including Senior Management, all internal and external stakeholders to help drive engagement
- Generate ideas for attractive and creative content illustration
- Generating innovative ideas for communications projects and initiatives within the team
- Supporting content production for external keynote speeches, internal and management communications
- Co-creating and delivering the internal communications strategy and providing insight and support in the continuous improvement of employee communications.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Degree ideally within Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism or relative experience
- International working experience in a Communications team, preferably within Internal Communications
- Background in change and transformation communications
- Strong proficiency in content creation and storytelling
- Excellent research skills and ability to translate complex content and topics into engaging messaging tailored to different audiences.
