This position will support the Head Doorperson ensuring an efficient, professional, polite and courteous luggage service is provided at all times.

When joining the Royal Garden team, you will be part of a professional, dedicated and enthusiastic environment, where we ensure that you will have a unique individual experience, from onboarding, learning and development to career progression - we are here to support you throughout your journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the Hotel front entrance and forecourt are always manned by a member of the Door team or covered by other members of the Concierge team
- Create a welcoming atmosphere at the Hotel front entrance by being visible and available to hotel guests and visitors
- Acknowledge all hotel guests and visitors with a smile and eye contact
- Ensure arriving hotel guests are welcomed and assisted with luggage and transportation requests
- Ensure that all departing guests are assisted with luggage, transportation and bided farewell
- Organise and control parking of cars on the Hotel forecourt
- Ensure guests cars are parked in a safe and professional way, with all the required records kept up to date
- Organise regular audits of car parking records to ensure transparency and compliance
- Arrange Black taxi service for guests when required and develop a good rapport with the cab drivers parking on the forecourt
- Ensure pedestrian areas of the hotel forecourt are kept clear at all times
- Ensure the forecourt is maintained in an orderly and clean state, ensuring the team keep all areas tidy
