As our **Doorperson**, you are the first and last person our guests see. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time.

Our **Doorperson** completes tasks relevant to but not limited to the arrival and departure of guests such as greeting, opening doors, offering direction and information, assisting with luggage, handling the phone, written and face-to-face guest requests updating the Hotel Management Systems and liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

A full UK driving license is preferable but not essential.

We are looking for our **Doorperson**, who:

- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to connect with others
- Will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with delivering or storing their luggage and the delivery of packages
- Possesses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
- Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- Has previous experience as a **Doorperson** is preferable but not essential

As our **Doorperson **you will receive:

- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increases with service
