**Overview of the role**

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment & On-boarding Coordinator to join our global HR Team. The role will manage the end-to-end on-boarding process, administration and compliance of all new starters for Music Tribe.

The position will be on a Fixed Term basis for 12 months, ideally you will be immediately available.

**Your daily duties include but are not limited to**:

- Manage the on-boarding processes for all new starters across our 9 global locations
- Ensure the People Acquisition Managers are up to date with on-boarding tasks
- Create new starters in the HRIS (MS 365)
- Coordinate laptop delivery for new starters
- Coordinate values kits for new starters
- Validate new starter information and ensure compliance with local legislation
- Supporting with MS 365 on-boarding tasks for all new starters
- Raise tickets for welcome banners
- Create employee records in SharePoint
- Support with projects to enable process improvements

**Ideally we are looking for**:

- 3 years of Recruitment and/or HR Administration experience
- Proven experience in on-boarding processes for new starters
- Hands-on experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, iCims, Bullhorn, BambooHR, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
