**Where will you be working?**

**Aviation**:

- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works at Heathrow Airport.

Due to the nature of our projects (Airside & Landside operations) you MUST be prepared to **work nights**when required.

You should ideally have a strong work experience and background of general civil works including earthworks, drainage, ducting and concreting.

MGroup’s Transport Aviation team are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Maintenance team at Heathrow. We are excited to present this new opportunity for a talented ground works Site Supervisorwho is looking to be involved on a variety of challenging Engineering Projects. The Maintenance team provides technical services for a range of construction related disciplines, and activities, focused on delivering great service everyday supporting our clients’ primary assets to enable an extraordinary airport, fit for the future. Primarily supporting our Aviation client in Hounslow - this role is suitable for experienced General Foreman looking to progress their career to the next level.
- Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
- Carrying out Site Supervision
- Toolbox talks & HSEQ briefings
- Delivery of works to program & budget
- Temporary Works Supervision
- Excavation Supervision
- Client liaison

**What you’ll bring**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a safety critical environment - desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to get the most out of the people working for you
- Willingness to work nights
- SSSTS with SMSTS desirable
- SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- People Management / Site Management
- Ability to obtain airside pass
- Briefings and tool box talks
- Control of site safety and quality

**Job Requirements**:

- AGL Knowledge
- Aviation experience
- Civils Project Delivery experience
- Working to standards and specifications
- Order and management of plant and materials
