We're hiring a Site Supervisor to join a high-performing facilities management team at a secure, high-profile location near Heathrow.

Responsibilities
:

  • Leading a small team of engineers and ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed safely and effectively.
  • Supporting day-to-day site operations, including planned and reactive works.
  • Acting as the main point of contact during your shift for client teams and contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site-specific protocols.
  • Managing handovers, documentation, and reporting accurately.

Qualifications
:

  • Experience supervising technical or engineering teams within FM or critical environments.
  • A background in mechanical or electrical building systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
