The Customer Solutions Advisor is a permanent position offering a competitive salary plus commission.

Crown Relocations are looking for a Customer Solutions Advisor to join their private moving 'Customer Solutions' team in our International Sales Centre in South Ruislip. Our Sales Centre responds to our private customers from the UK to help them find the best solution for their relocation.

As a Customer Solutions Advisor you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Engage with customers via video chat to understand their moving needs and provide accurate advice and guidance. Conduct virtual surveys to assess customer requirements and secure bookings at the agreed sales margin. Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.

**Are you.**

- Do you have a commercial sense, strong communication and negotiation skills?
- Able to build rapport with people easily and network effectively?

- Extensive experience within the Private domestic and international relocations industry
