You will champion "excellence" in Care Quality standards and National Minimum standards throughout our commissioned services using a variety of proven tools, whilst working as part of a multi disciplinary team to ensure that you protect the safety and welfare of our most vulnerable adults, families and their carers. You will have extensive experience of working within Social Care directly related to the provision of care and an in depth knowledge and experience of using a range of auditing tools or methods to measure quality against key performance indicators. You will have experience of reviewing services in the private or residential sector and expert knowledge acquired by relevant experience in Social Care delivery. You will have extensive knowledge of national priorities, legislative requirements in the standards of care delivery and an ability to communicate and produce comprehensive written reports outlining your balanced judgment and interpretation of national policy. You will work closely with a range of partners, colleagues and vulnerable adults and have well developed negotiation skills and an ability to deliver and communicate complex, sensitive information to a wide range of audiences.
