Hybrid working, option to work from home for some hours.

What will you be doing?

We have an exciting new job opportunity become available within our fantastic Football Partnerships Team. This is a role which provide administrative duties for the Football Partnerships department, supporting the UK coaching programme, the international programme and the department’s financial management.

You will be supporting the team with administrative duties for overseas and UK travel / accommodation logistics, coordinating new coach recruitment administrative tasks and ensuring coach compliance checks and certifications are up to date and meet requirements, whilst supporting our player queries from popular courses.

You’ll be working with the international team to ensure all international partners & customers contractual payments are paid in line with Club procedures, the Club’s finance department to ensure Management Accounts are accurate on a month by month basis.

You’ll be based at St Mary’s Stadium, in the city centre, just a 20-minute walk from the train station or if you’re a driver there’s free parking available.

Person Specification:

- Experience in a previous administrative role
- Customer service experience
- Experience of working with people on the phone and/or face to face
- To have worked to deadlines and recorded and audited accurate information
- Ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately

Desirable Skills/Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths, English, ICT
- Competent user of Microsoft Office packages, especially Word and Excel
