We are looking for a full-time permanent IT Systems First Line Manager to lead a team at our 437,000 sq. ft fulfilment centre in Lichfield, for the UK’s number 1 online fashion retailer - ASOS. In this role you will lead a team of IT Systems Officers whilstproviding first line support on site and escalating issues where needed.

You will work Sunday to Thursday days (08:00-16:30).

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to workscheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks such as 25% ASOS discount after 3 months

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Achieve and exceed KPI target expectations
- Ensure that our systems are running smoothly and any issues with the systems are resolved in the quickest time possible
- Manage first line support for the WMS queries relative to all process areas as well as support for IT hardware, software, network, and operating system problems
- Review and improve processes and ensure that these are fully documented and kept up to date
