Easaway are an expanding reactive drainage company who require a full time **Customer Service Team Leader** to join their small but established team.

Working with the Customer Services Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the team manage their busy workload effectively. This includes:

- Responding to Inbound Calls from Customers
- Entering specific job data on to a software system. This includes; assigning jobs to engineers, reviewing engineer job reports, managing job workflow and escalation

Our existing team already manages a challenging workload well. What we are looking for is someone can take our team to another level of performance as the business continues its focus on improving our customer experience.
- Improving call handling through call monitoring and review
- Implementing out-bound call activity
- KPI reporting and achievement
- Enhancing communication throughout the customer journey
- Customer issue resolution
- Process systemisation and documentation

The hours of work are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. The work is office based and there is no option of remote working. Wage rate based on experience.

Easaway is a Living Wage Employer
