Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and actively engage in expanding our Software Care contracts to contribute to business growth.
- Prepare detailed project documentation including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Provide pre
- Deliver product validation services to customers as needed.
- Conduct internal training sessions for Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and engineers.

Additional Information:
Some travel throughout the UK and occasional overnight stays are required.

What You Need to Succeed
- Strong ability to work autonomously with a willingness to learn and implement advanced knowledge.
- Good educational background (minimum GCSE or equivalent).
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Ethernet networking.
- Knowledge of PLC ladder logic and API development is advantageous.
- Confident, professional, and customer-facing with a positive attitude and the ability to represent Mettler Toledo effectively.
