**Job Overview - HRIS System and Data Specialist**:
Support the streamline of HRIS services and operations including standardisation and development of processes, procedure, policies and practices. The HRIS Specialist will be playing a key role in the main functions of the HRIS team such as optimisation of procedure, maintenance and development of systems and systems integration, Payroll and HR day-to-day troubleshoot and data analysis.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Participate in project team for implementation and/or enhancement of new/existing iTrent and other systems modules such as Onboarding, Payroll, Pension & Benefits, paperless business processes, HR, interfaces.
- Provide extraordinary customer support, appropriate problem-solving abilities to deliver straightforward solutions to customers in complex environments. Support staff in the use of HR Information Systems in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
- Support in gathering business requirements, system/integration testing and user acceptance testing, and training to end users.
- Work in conjunction with the HRIS team to develop, deliver and enhance the employee self-service platform (iTrent ESS). Explore opportunities not yet utilised within the information systems and develop these in line with business requirements.
