Senior Digital Self-service

In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Digital Self Service Executive to bring fresh insights and expertise within our newly created Digital department. This pivotal role will involve:

- Support the day-to-day content management of the user service experience for both P&O Cruises & Cunard, which includes but not restricted to Account, Payments, Pre Cruise, On Ship & Customer Support
- Create and support the content requirements for these areas from multiple stakeholders and implement plans to ensure updates and developments are prioritised and authored within a suitable timeframe
- Work closely with the strategy and development teams to ensure new features, designs and content are supported in these areas - identifying opportunities to enhance content and our end-to-end service journey.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, UX & CRO teams to ensure any authoring activity is considered in-line with any test experiences running which need to be updated or paused due to development activity.

This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

**What You'll Bring**

- Experience in eCommerce environments with revenue targets and/or service targets
- Understanding of alignment of user service content with user feedback including NPS
- Experience working with a CMS to create web pages with a customer focused approach to page and content creation Customer-focused in approach to web page creation and content curation.
