**Eligibility Requirements (please read before applying)**:
To be considered for this apprenticeship, you MUST meet the following criteria:

- Hold **GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above** (or equivalent).
- **Not have extensive experience** working in a marketing-related role.
- **Not already hold a marketing qualification at Level 3 or higher.**

You’ll join a friendly, supportive marketing team where you’ll gain hands-on experience managing digital channels, developing creative campaigns, and learning how marketing drives business growth. Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll receive full training and support as you work towards your **Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification**, with the potential to secure a permanent role after completion.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll learn to:

- Create and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Update, maintain and improve the company website.
- Plan and launch digital media campaigns promoting our services.
- Produce creative content, including photos, videos, newsletters and blog posts.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign ideas.
- Analyse campaign performance and share results with the team.
- Contribute new ideas to improve our online presence and marketing strategy.
