We’re looking for a friendly and organised Clinic Administrator to join our growing team in our newly refurbished Kirkby Lonsdale clinic.

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Clinic Administrator to join our growing team at ZW Clinics in our newly refurbished Kirkby Lonsdale clinic.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering excellent service and supporting our clinical team. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a busy environment, and love helping people
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Welcoming patients in person and over the phone.
- Managing bookings, payments, and patient enquiries using our digital systems
- Creating and maintaining accurate patient records
- Writing referral letters and patient summaries
- Supporting clinicians with daily admin and scheduling
- Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
- Contributing to marketing content and patient communication
- Handling cash takings and daily reconciliation
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Processing supplier invoices and managing petty cash
- Booking travel and accommodation for the team
- Supporting building maintenance and practice upkeep
- Taking part in projects that improve patient experience and service delivery
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in administration or high-end customer service (healthcare, hospitality, retail, or corporate)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, calm, and confident under pressure
- Able to work with a team
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Conscientious, proactive, and great with people
- Tech-savvy, with confidence using spreadsheets, booking systems, and project tools (not compulsory as training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
