**Job Description**:

- Create channel-specific content for FLANNELS social channels
- Develop content with creators, tastemakers and staff as well as across events
- Edit photo & video content including, but not limited to, Instagram and TikTok - as well as ad hoc retail briefs, etc. with Creative team
- Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure our campaign and social-specific shoots capture social-first content
- Receiving image and video briefs from different departments across the business and concepting treatments that deliver against the objectives
- Concept original content ideas using new techniques to present products in a creative way that inspire our audiences to purchase - reating product-focused content as well as creative to help drive sales revenue via organic and paid social
- Analyse the results of social content in collaboration with the wider social team and feed into weekly, monthly and campaign reports
- Collaborate with social team to build social trend reports, focusing on industry and social trends, tech updates, key competitors and visual references for social content

**Qualifications**:

- Education or background in Photography & Videography.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a content creator, social media, or similar role, with videography, photography and editing experience, with a portfolio to demonstrate skills and creative approach.
- Experience using video editing software and tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Passion for social media and understanding of analytics and best practices.
- Strong organisational skills, time management, the ability to prioritise, be flexible and multitask as well as a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working in fashion or beauty, in the luxury sectors ideal but not essential.
