Assist with client inception for private client across all three offices to include recording or updating the client details on P+, creating new matters, undertaking client identification searches and reviewing the results and scanning client ID onto P+.
Provide general admin assistance to private client i.e. Print off letters, post letters, put forms together
Close private client files
Assist in being a witness for will signings
Attend client properties which can involve inspecting the property to make sure there is no damage or anything wrong, removing any items that have been requested to be removed and to be present for estate agents or the client.
Undertake photocopying tasks
Collect and distribute DX mail
Distribute internal documents to recipients with maximum efficiency
Take post and special deliveries to the Post Office
Administer the archive filing system
Perform any other duties the Partners require

Previous experience of working in an administrative role is required and you must possess good numeracy, literacy and computer skills. Excellent verbal and written skills with an organised approach. You should be happy working in a general admin role and becomfortable in a legal environment. In return we can offer the opportunity to join a well-established company that can offer job security.
