**What You’ll Do as a Junior Sales & Marketing Assistant**:

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up. You’ll play an essential role in managing customer relations and helping drive sales growth.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior. Use this data to assist in developing effective marketing strategies.
- Content Creation & Management: Participate in content creation for social media, websites, and other platforms. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- CRM & Database Management: Learn to work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, updating and maintaining client data, and tracking interactions.
- Sales Reporting & Metrics Tracking: Support the team in analyzing key sales metrics and compiling reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Brand Promotion: Help promote our brand at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, showcasing our services to potential clients.

Pay: £23,637.00-£25,242.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
