**About the role**

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Land Rover Sheffield.

As a Sytner Service Advisor you will provide outstanding client care and be the vital link between our clients and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the client up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our clients.

This is a challenging role where client care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our clients want and need.

Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which include Saturday's on a rota basis to ensure we provide our clients with the highest possible levels of service.

**About you**

Experience in a similar role is essential. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Land Rover to support your career.

You will need to have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of client satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Autoline (Kerridge) would be advantageous but not essential.
