Job Descriptionaka Recruitment are continuing to work with an expanding client of ours to bring you this rare Service Advisor role. Working with a busy team you will benefit from great company incentives, within an established Dealership based in Sheffield. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm with 1 in 4 Saturday  mornings. Salary is dependent on experience but would generally be starting at £27k with a strong OTE available on topDuties Include:Speaking and dealing with customers both face to face and over the phoneInitiate service documents, job cards and update customer records on the Kerridge SystemUpselling of additional products to customersLiaising with Customers to keep them updated on their vehicleAdvising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertakenRequirements:Experience within the Automotive Service Advisor position is advantageousKnowledge of the Kerridge system is again advantageousGood Customer Service Skills is a mustHigh attention to detail and organisation skills are essentialReasons to apply:Main Dealership EnvironmentGood Bonus structure on topStability with an established businessThis is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking business who pride themselves on the service that they provide to their customers.
