**The Company Overview**:
Butler Rose is proud to be partnered with a well-established company located in Preston looking to recruit a Finance Officer into their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

**Your new role as Finance Officer**:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for accurately administering accounting operations and processes to meet legal and statutory requirements.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Assist the Finance Manager with month end processes.
Process all financial transactions.
Maintain and operate the day-to-day accounting system.
Create new supplier accounts.
Process all purchase order requisitions and allocate to the correct general ledger codes and departments.
Assist Credit Control when required.
Bank account reconciliations.
Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
Ensure expenses are properly receipted.
Processing credit card receipts.

Minimum of AAT Level 3 and working towards/achieved Level 4.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Sage experience desirable but not essential.
Successful in creating and maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers.
Experience in successfully working to strict deadlines.

**Your Reward & The Package on Offer**:
Salary £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.
25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas.
10% pension contribution.
On site parking.
