Position: Marketing Specialist

Location: Inverness

**Salary**: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth in the industrial sector.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the industrial sector, market dynamics, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate trade show participation, including planning, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
