_**I Need Staff Today Limited**_ is currently seeking a _**Production Supervisor **_for our client who is based in **Bourne, South Fen Road**.
- Monday - Friday: _**07:00 - 17:00**_
- Saturday (when required): _**07:0 - 13:00**_
- Salary range: _**£35,000 - £42,500 per year**_

Role and responsibilities

Supervising the daily operations team at our client's Metal processing facility in Bourne. Ensuring KPIs are met and H&S / Environmental policies are embedded into the daily processes.
- Allocation of work for General operatives.
- Supervise operations team including breaktime/holiday cover. Stand in when required.
- Ensure breakdowns are prioritised and reported as a matter of urgency.
- Identify, monitor and report potential breakdowns/downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance schedules are in place and carried out.
- Ensure staff are working within H&S / Environmental company policies.
- Ensure staff/visitors and drivers are following company site rules.
- Monitor material quality ensuring maximum recovery of metals.
- Work proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a program of continuous improvement and production.
- Ensure daily shift reports are completed correctly recording all downtime and submit to the operations manager.
- Monitor daily check sheets for fixed / mobile plants and ensure any defects are reported.

Preferred experience

Experience in the Metal/waste industry.

Man management / Supervision of a diverse team.

H&S / Environmental understanding

Mechanical minded

Experienced Mobile plant operator

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
