**GP Administrator, Scanner & Coder** **- Bartlett Group Practice**

We are one very busy GP practice working across two sites, providing care for a population of around 29,000 patients. Situated around the Surrey Hills, we are an ever-growing and evolving practice looking to provide a great opportunity for a GP Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking team.

**Job Details - Responsibilities and Duties**:
We are looking for someone to work 37.5 hours per week.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**

The tasks involved in this varied job include:

- Handling test results and filing them to the system for viewing.
- Setting up ECG and BP machines and receipt.
- Managing registrations and deductions.
- Using recall systems
- Scan and Code incoming letters onto the clinical system.
- Be expected to be flexible and cover annual leave and sickness.
- Work as part of a team to provide the best care possible for our patients.
- Be able to work across both of our sites in Frimley Green and Ash Vale as required.
- Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by your line manager / practice managers.

**Skills/Qualities**

EMIS system knowledge is preferable, however not essential as training will be provided to the right person. Know your way around a computer.

English to a good standard is required.
