Temporary Data Entry Administrator

Office Angels are currently seeking a Temporary Data Entry Administrator to join our client based in Edinburgh's City Centre. This role is working Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 4:30. The pay rate for this role is £10.00 per hour. This role is starting ASAP.
**Duties and Tasks**:
- Entering data from paper records into a database management system within specified timeframe
- Review data to ensure accuracy of data input
- Prioritise projects in order of importance
- Ensure confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure
- Administrative duties such as filing forms and reports
- Backs up important data files to secure storage system
- Follows policies and procedures and reports changes necessary to improve systems
- Learns systems and staying updated on upgrades and procedural changes
- Update spreadsheets and populating reports for regular review by upper management and senior leadership
**Skills and Experience**:
- Ability to prioritise projects and work to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail; making sure all records are accurate
- Skilled typist
- Good communication skills
