**Hours**:full time, permanent

**Shifts**:2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas given in advance

**Pay rate**:£31,398 to £34,824 per annum* (depending on qualifications held) with opportunities to pick up overtime and bank holidays (paid at an enhanced rate)

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for experienced, nurturing and dedicated children's home support workers, who can provide an outstanding level of childcare and allow our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.

Our Warrington home is a solo service, providing therapeutic care for a young person who may initially struggle to live in a larger group home setting.

- _Estimated salary based on a pay rate of £12.35 to £14 per hour for days (depending on qualifications held) and working 8 sleep-nights per month on average (at £60 per sleep night)_

**Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker**:

- A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home (essential)
- A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (a minimum 50% complete, essential)
- A Full driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
- In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice (essential)
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare (essential)
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential)
