**Job Title: Residential Support Worker - Children’s Home**
**Location: Warrington**
**Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)**
**Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent**
**Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins**

We are now looking for passionate, resilient, and committed **Residential Support Workers** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day care, support, and supervision to children in a homely and therapeutic environment
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people to promote emotional wellbeing and personal development
- Support with daily routines including meals, education, activities, and personal care
- Maintain clear and accurate records, including daily logs, incident reports and care plans
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team, social workers, therapists, and other professionals
- Ensure safeguarding and safety procedures are always followed
- Promote independence, life skills and positive behaviour in line with individual care plans

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience working with children or young people in a residential or similar care setting (preferred)
- A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviours
- A willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and sleep-ins
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
