Due to rapid growth and development, the Group has multiple strategic and complex; people, technology, infrastructure and commercial initiatives being executed at any one time. **As such, Commercial Services Group is recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to join its talented Business Improvement Team and contribute to the successful delivery of the Group's transformation agenda.** **You will support all trading divisions and support services within the Group and will be allocated improvement initiatives and teams to support on a priority basis.** The Business Analyst will also support the Business Improvement Team to achieve its aims and objectives: - Facilitate collaboration to enable change and business improvement - Improve project management capabilities across the Group - Have a reputation for making the right things happen for the Group - initiatives prioritisation aligned to strategy - Create a culture of continuous improvement - Create a flexible approach to business improvement to improve our organisational agility **Key Duties** - Using interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, business analysis and business process evaluations, gather business requirements from across the Group to support improvement initiatives - Document business requirements in accordance with the Group's Business Improvement Cycle - Work with and challenge the Group's divisions and brands on their assumptions to help deliver solutions for their current and future needs - As-Is process mapping and analysis - Customer Journey mapping - Creation of user stories and use cases - Pain point identification - Feasibility analysis - Support the Group's process owners to produce To-Be processes - Specification writing - Support teams to produce test scenarios for identified improvements - Support the Group with end user testing [where applicable] - Provide regular update reports to Project Steering Groups / Project Sponsors, the Business Improvement Team and any other key stakeholders as required - Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Group to create, embed and grow a continuous improvement framework and culture - Coach, develop and support colleagues across the Group to deliver improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement **What we need from you**: - Business Analysis Qualification (BCS or equivalent) - Lean Six Sigma qualification - Educated to UK Level 3 and above [or equivalent] - Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst - Experience as a Business Analyst within project teams **What CSG has to offer you** - 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays - Birthday off work - Life assurance cover - Company pension - Flexible first, hybrid working - A culture of progression & development - Shopping discounts & retailer offers - Team & company events - eLearning portal - EAP programme - Referral scheme - Health & Wellbeing platform - Health Cash Plan initiative - Discounted gym membership
