**The Role**

As an Apprentice ICT Technician you will be:

- Providing technical support and guidance to staff to understand programs, problem solve and generally support them in using software/hardware
- Contributing, maintaining and developing the intranet site and website
- Maintaining and fault finding all computers around the Company and organising where necessary if repairs are required
- Making minor repairs if and when necessary
- Keeping up to date with all Vospers products and comparable product ranges of Vospers competitors
- Working with your Line Manager and Senior Management Team in discussing the needs of Vospers and the rest of the team

Working with your Line Manager and Senior Management Team following all processes and procedures that are put in place

At the end of the apprenticeship you will achieve the qualification **Information Communications Technician (Standard) Level 3**

**About You**:

- Have good communication and IT skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be organised
- Able to think creatively to solve problems
- Work well in a team
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) desirable
- GCSE or equivalent ICT (Grade 4) desirable
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) desirable

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (1hr lunch)

One day a week to be allocated to attend the Training Provider's in-house workshop

**Location**:
Marsh Mills, Plymouth

**Pay**:
£14,560 per annum****

After 12 months your pay will be reviewed and will increase to either £8 an hour or NMW for the apprentice's age - whichever is highest
