The atmosphere across the business is friendly and supportive, with a constant desire to improve in everything they do As an apprentice will be tasked with building and repairing hardware such as laptops and computers, installing and configuring Microsoft 365 software and configuring based upon the user, setting up broadband and configuring routers for clients and much more. You will be fully immersed in the exciting world of IT and given all the tools to help build a career in the industry. You'll be closely supported by the wider IT team as well as a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships to provide you with industry expert knowledge throughout your journey

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Building and repairing hardware such as laptops and computers
- Installing and configuring Microsoft 365 software and configuring based upon user
- Working on the ticketing system called CASEWA, escalating tasks and working within SLA's
- Setting up broadband and configuring routers for clients
- Using DATO as a remote access software to fix issues remotely
- Providing 1st line technical assistance to a range of businesses across different industries

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £16,965 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays rising 1 day per year after 5 years of service
- One day fully paid to volunteer
