Education Lead

You will be responsible for leading learning and development programmes within the East Sussex School Health Service in accordance with the service’s business and workforce plans.
You will work collaboratively with other Education Leads across the organisation to ensure consistency, equity and efficiency of capacity, sharing expertise and specialist areas of practice to best effect.
You will lead the development of training and development programmes. You'll identify new and updated NICE guidelines making recommendations for practice.
You will contribute to the development of reflective practice and co-ordinate the practice assessors and supervisors for the service.
You will lead on the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse training programme and other student placements within the service. You will lead and support service audits and work with the service on service development work.
**Additional Working Pattern**: 3 days a week - 8:30-17:00
